Robert J. Gutmann
Senior Vice President, Sales

Mr. Gutmann began his career with The Advance Group as a household and high value products driver in 1984. He has subsequently served the company as a dispatcher, operations manager, customer service associate, commercial sales person, and project supervisor. Robert is currently Senior Vice President, Sales.

Robert’s unique style incorporates an executive management approach with a day-to-day, on-site management presence. Robert will also incorporate and vertically manage all project subcontractors including construction, furniture, IT, voice, and space planning. His specialties include large-scale office migrations, high technology moves, and laboratory relocations.

Robert is an active member of IFMA (International Facility Management Association), AMSA (American Moving and Storage Association) and is currently pursuing his LEED Certification. He is a graduate of New York University and is an active volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America.

Robert handles logistics for special sale projects for Christie’s. He is the executive project manager for Columbia School of Law, Columbia Business School, Columbia University Medical Center, Yale School of Medicine, Deutsche Bank, Moet Hennessy USA, Rémy Cointreau USA, CBS, Scripps Networks, Henry Schein Inc, Giorgio Armani, Honeywell, Millennium Partners, and Misys.
